Sean Turner begins his 19th season coaching at UAHS and 15th as head coach of the JV team. Coach Turner graduated from Upper Arlington in 1997 and was a member of the first undefeated team that won both the Midwest and State titles. While at UA Coach Turner was part of three Midwest and State Championships. Coach Turner played for Team Ohio his senior year, helping the team win the Vail Shootout. He then attended the University of Tennessee where he played for the club team. Coach Turner is married to his wife Leslie of seven years and they have a daughter, Mackenzie and son Blake. He also has two dogs and has started his own business.
Will Morgan is a 2005 graduate of Upper Arlington and begins his 7th year as an assistant Junior Varsity Coach. While attending UA, he was a three year letter winner for Coach Wolford and won two State Championships (‘04 and ‘05), one Midwest Championship (‘04), and was a part of the 2004 undefeated season. In 2005 Will was an All-American and also earned First Team All-Ohio, First Team All-Midwest honors, as well as Attackman of the Year and 2005 Ohio Player of the Year. Will began his college lacrosse career at Butler University where he played for the Bulldogs for two years until the University canceled the program. Will then transferred to the University of Delaware where he finished his career as a Fighting Blue Hen. He is employed by Anthrex Orthopedic Medical Supplies.
Ben begins his second season coaching the LSM's at Upper Arlington High School. Ben is a 2011 graduate from UA where he earned First Team All-Midwest honors and was an Academic All-American his senior year. While at Upper Arlington, Ben was a two time letter winner, won a State Championship and a MSCLA Championship. He played four seasons of Varsity college lacrosse for the Kenyon Lords, where he was a captain and twice earned all-conference designations. Ben graduated from Kenyon with a degree in Economics and is employed by JP Morgan.
Charlie Houk - Junior Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Houk begins his second year coaching at Upper Arlington High school. He is a 2011 UA graduate where he was a three year letter winner, winning one State Championship (2010) and one Midwest Championship (2011). Coach Houk served as a team captain in 2011. He is a graduate of Denison University where he lettered in lacrosse all four years and was a part of the winningest class in program history, appearing in two NCAA Division III quarterfinals, as well as winning three NCAC championships. Coach Houk is employed by Aimpoint Research.
